Payments are processed through Paypal Payments Standard. You do NOT need to have a paypal account to use this service! You can feel safe knowing that your payment is being processed through one of the most trusted secure payment sites available. Choose Paypal funded if you already have a Paypal account either with funds already loaded onto it or linked to an account, choose Paypal Credit if you want to pay with your Credit Card.
SHIPPING
In stock items will ship VIA Canada Post within 2 business days of payment (usually the next day).One pocket diaper without an insert can ship to Canada or the US for $3.50 using light packet or lettermail. Custom items will ship within 1 week unless prior arrangements have been made.
We're testing a "flat rate" shipping option currently. The the US the flat rate is $6.50 and to Canada it's $8.50
Local pickup/delivery option: If you live on the Sunshine Coast, please enter "request totals" in the shipping options and I will invoice you for the products only~no shipping charges!
RETURNS
Any products found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be accepted for repair or store credit within 90 days time and return shipping will be covered by me. Any items being returned for size or fit issues will be accepted within 30 days in unwashed/unused condition but return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please contact me prior to sending in any item for return. Custom orders will be accepted for refund ONLY for issues of defective materials or workmanship so please choose your sizing carefully.
Items are all lovingly handcrafted in my smoke-free home. I do, however, heat my home with wood and have a dog. While I take the utmost care to ensure that all items are sent out lint and hair free, there is always the possibility that a stray hair may find it's way onto your product.
